General Medicine Wards and ICU at Olive View

Housestaff care for patients throughout their sickest moments. From primary team provider to code leader, residents become proficient at diagnosis and management.

Teamwork is key

Residents are always part of teaching teams, working together under the supervision of attendings to provide excellent care. Moreover, comprehensive patient care requires interdisciplinary teamwork.  Medical teams work jointly with nurses, pharmacists, therapists, social work, and case management to do the best for our patients.
