All nephrology candidates must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) of the AAMC. Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) for all of our positions. All applicants must have completed an ACGME-approved Internal Medicine Residency in the United States prior to starting the Nephrology Fellowship.

- June 3, 2026: ERAS opens for applicants
- July 1, 2026: ERAS applicants may begin submitting applications to programs
- July 15, 2026: Fellowship programs begin receiving applications in ERAS
- September 23, 2026: NRMP ranking opens
- November 18, 2026: NRMP Rank Order List deadline (9:00 PM ET)
- December 2, 2026: NRMP Match Day (12:00 PM ET)

Salary + Benefits
The current annual salary for fellows in the program are:
- Post-graduate year 4 (First-year nephrology fellow): $102,954
- Post-graduate year 5 (Second-year nephrology fellow): $106,565
